Role of a Senior UI Programmer
- Leading development teams and providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
- Collaborating with other stakeholders, such as project managers, designers, and quality assurance professionals, to develop project plans and ensure that development milestones are met.
- Designing and developing software applications, modules, and components using advanced programming languages and frameworks.
- Conducting code reviews and ensuring that code is well-documented, maintainable, and adheres to best practices.
- Testing software applications and ensuring that they meet functional and performance requirements.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during the development process.
- Staying up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends and recommending improvements to development processes and tools.
