The Talent
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in B2B Sales and Account Management.
- Ability to cross sell company products based on customer requirements.
- Knowledge in Adobe Software is an added advantage.
- Self-driven, passionate in B2B sales
- Organized individual, able to work independently and have good time-management skills.
- Creative mindset and relationship building skills.
The Job
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with assigned clients.
- Comprehend client requirements and goals to offer tailored gifting solutions and advice.
- Proactively manage client inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Recognize opportunities to promote and cross-sell our products/services to current clients.
- Establish and attain revenue and growth targets.
- Follow up on prospective leads from our discovery call team to boost sales and establish enduring customer connections.
- Identify potential business prospects within new and existing customer accounts.
- Create basic customized artwork for clients, such as integrating their logos into merchandise visuals.
- Collaborate closely with the sales coordinator and operations team to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to guarantee timely product deliveries.
- Stay updated on products, services, and industry trends to enhance sales performance.
- Maintain accurate and current client records and documentation.
- Generate regular reports on account status, sales activities, and revenue projections.
