Our client, a leading consulting firm, working within one of their health clients, is looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that drive business success.
Role Overview:
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for writing and debugging code, integrating Salesforce with other systems, and ensuring custom solutions align with business needs and best practices. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce development tools and languages, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, and Salesforce APIs, to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Development & Deployment: Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and OmniStudio.
- Customization: Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and page layouts to meet specific business requirements.
- Configuration: Configure Salesforce features such as workflows, process builders, validation rules, and reports to enhance business processes.
- Integration: Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity across platforms.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, including code defects and integration challenges.
- Documentation: Produce detailed technical design and “as-built” documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future development.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and languages, including Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong experience in developing and deploying Salesforce applications and customizing the platform to meet business needs.
- Skilled in configuring Salesforce features such as workflows, process builders, validation rules, and reports.
- Experience with Salesforce integration and managing data consistency and integrity across systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Strong ability to produce clear and detailed technical documentation.
Desirable Experience:
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
