Key Responsibilities
- Provide and develop sales quotations based on proposed designs
- Present design ideas on space planning and SketchUp
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team in order to address client’s needs
- Undertake design projects from concept to completion
- Follow up leads in a timely manner
- Project supervision & cost negotiation
- Generate steady and constant sales income
- Prepare proper documentation for submission to relevant authorities
