Roles of Safety Officer job
Following are the role and responsibilities.
- Staff should be given an introduction to, and education, environmental and operational safety as well as health.
- After checking the safety and environmental criteria, issue work permits to the internal and contract staff.
- Assure timely operation of all waste disposal systems in the facility.
- In charge of doling out PTWs as needed by the business.
- In charge of ensuring that all safety-related machinery and tools are calibrated and verified in accordance with KORE and statutory standards.
