The basic salary offers by the firm is QAR 2,500 – 3,000 per month.

Job Duties of a Primary Teacher

Some of the key duties of a Primary Teacher are the following.

1. Planning and delivering lessons and exercises that align with the curriculum and meet the needs and abilities of individual students.
2. Creating a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation and success.
3. Assessing student progress and providing feedback and support to students and parents.
4. Collaborating with other teachers and school teams to develop and implement school policies and practices.
5. Creating and sustaining a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, inclusivity, and positive manners.
6. Communicating regularly with parents and guardians to update them on their child’s progress and any concerns.
7. Developing and implementing individualized education plans for students with special requirements or learning challenges.
8. Managing classroom behavior and discipline in a positive and effective manner.
9. Participating in professional development opportunities to improve teaching skills and knowledge.
10. Performing administrative duties, such as record-keeping, grading, and lesson planning.

Eligibility Criteria

• A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
• Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in education.
• Female applicants are preferred for this job..
