Roles of Operations Specialist job

Following are the role and responsibilities.

  • The primary responsibility of the Account Services Onboarding Officer is communication with the Relationship Manager and any Assistants.
  • Paperwork for new and current accounts must be reviewed for completeness, including KYC and constitutional documents.
  • If there are any gaps in the paperwork, you must notify the appropriate parties in accordance with BOS guidelines and other applicable regulations.
  • Input information from supporting documents into the bank’s Client Onboarding System; monitor and chase down missing paperwork to guarantee on-time, error-free account opening
  • Notify the Business Manager promptly of any deferrals that are past due.
