Salary

The salary package offered by the firm is AED 4,000 – 6,000 per month.

Job Duties of a NICU Nurse

Some of the key duties of a NICU Nurse are the following.

  1. Assessing the health of the infants
  2. Monitoring vital signs, administering medications and cures
  3. Providing specialized care for premature infants, critically ill or medically fragile newborns
  4. Cooperating with other healthcare professionals to design and implement care plans
  5. Educating parents and household members on caring for their newborns
  6. Documenting and maintaining accurate medical records
  7. Providing emotional support to families
  8. Participating in patient rounds and interdisciplinary team discussions.

Eligibility Criteria

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
  • Prof’l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof’l License Exam).
  • Females are preferred for this role.
  • Applicants with a good specialization of kids.
  • Applicants must have good communication and understanding with their patients
  • Applicants should be able to do work under pressure and in emergencies.
