The Company:
A government organization undergoing a major technology transformation program is seeking a .NET developer to help them deliver cutting-edge solutions. You will be an integral part of the development sprint team, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test components according to their development standards. Key Responsibilities: *
Complete development tasks as a member of the development sprint team, including designing, developing, and unit testing components as per compliance
- Ensure adherence to quality standards defined by the QA Manager and Enterprise Architect in all development activities.
- Utilize internal design tools to understand user experience (UX), design user interfaces, and develop code to enhance user journeys.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using .NET and frameworks.
- Implement business logic, data access components, and user interfaces as per project requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Selection Criteria:
* 4+ years of demonstrated experience in .NET development for web-based applications.
- Expertise in the following skillsets:
- .NET C#, Restful API
- HTML, JavaScript, CSS
- Azure or AWS
- React or Angular
- MS SQL, T-SQL
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and OWASP Top 10.
- PowerBi, SSRS Reports, TFS, Azure DevOps (Nice to have)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot application and data problems using sound investigation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting complex systems in a high-pressure environment with strict timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including effective time management and priority setting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
