The salary package offered by the company is USD 4,500 – 5,000 per month

Job Duties of a Medical Technologist

  1. Collecting and preparing patient samples for analysis: Medical Technologists are responsible for collecting patient samples, preparing them for laboratory analysis, and ensuring that the samples are properly labeled and recorded.
  2. Conducting laboratory tests and analyses: Medical Technologists perform a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses, including tests for blood glucose levels, cholesterol, drug levels, blood typing, and microbiological cultures, among others.
  3. Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment: Medical Technologists are responsible for operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, including microscopes, centrifuges, and automated analyzers, among others.
  4. Analyzing and interpreting laboratory results: Medical Technologists are responsible for analyzing and interpreting laboratory results, and reporting the results to physicians and other healthcare professionals to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.
  5. Ensuring quality control and quality assurance: Medical Technologists are responsible for ensuring that laboratory procedures are conducted according to established protocols and that quality control and quality assurance standards are met.
  6. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals: Medical Technologists work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and laboratory supervisors, to ensure that laboratory results are accurate and timely.
  7. Maintaining laboratory records: Medical Technologists are responsible for maintaining accurate laboratory records, including test results, quality control data, and equipment maintenance logs.

Eligibility Criteria

  • A minimum of 1 year of working experience is required.
  • Candidates must be a Prof’l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof’l License Exam) holder.
  • Applicants must have an ASCPI or AMT.
  • Must be willing to be deployed to any state in the US.
  • We are now accepting MTs with active English tests or active VisaScreen cert.
