  • Daily operations of the repairs and maintenance service will rely heavily on the Maintenance Officer.
  • The Maintenance Officer’s responsibilities include estate inspections and services as well as close communication with Housing Management staff.
  • Perform both pre- and post-repair checks.
  • Manage the Association’s online repair system, which includes taking calls, noting problems, and issuing work orders.
  • Inquire about the rates, hours, and materials listed on the contractor’s bills.
  • Determine which maintenance issues and insurance claims should be billed to the Association.
  • Regularly checking contractors’ reaction times for fixing problems is a good way to evaluate their work.
