Role of Local Service Manager

The key duties of a Local Service Manager are the following.

  • The job duties of a local service manager include overseeing and supervising the daily operations of a service center, developing and executing plans to improve customer satisfaction, managing staff and resources, creating and maintaining budgets, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient and useful service delivery. They are responsible for ensuring that service standards are met, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to increase productivity and profitability. They also take customer complaints and settle issues to keep high levels of customer happiness.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Supervisor or Manager.
  • Certificate IV Front Line Management.
  • Excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Capability to work under pressure and support other team memeber.
