Role of an IT Project Manager

The key duties of an IT Project Manager are the following.

  • assume responsibility for the strategic, technical, and technological help of their internal and external project sub-teams.
  • Identifying and allocating resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget.
  • Communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and promoting effective communication between team members.
  • Monitoring project progress, searching project tasks and activities and making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project fulfillment.
  • Conduct active stakeholder management

Eligibility Criteria

  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a related course, or completed training in the IT sector, supplemented by further training.
  • 5 years of experience, or comparable qualifications.
