In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for further developing and implementing coding solutions—to streamline internal workflows and drive efficiency across our operations. Working closely with a partner with extensive development and innovation experience, you will contribute to automation initiatives and the adoption of new technologies designed to support fee earners and modernise our practice.This full-time fixed term role has an initial period of 12 months, with the potential for ongoing employment.internal IT Developer jobs
Your Experience:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Some coding background, with Python preferred.
- Interest in applying technical solutions in an office setting.
- A willingness to learn and adjust as new technologies emerge.
- Formal qualifications are a plus, but relevant experience is also considered.
Whilst formal qualifications are preferred
the role may suit those with industry or other experience in development.
You Will:
- Develop, test, and implement simple coding applications that improve our internal processes.
- Work with different teams to find ways to automate and streamline tasks.
- Translate technical requirements into practical solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies to help keep our firm innovative.
