Job Description
Interior Designer
- 5 / 6 days, Saturday depends on workload or site visit
- Location: Balestier Rd (Novena/ Toa Payoh)
- Salary: $2500 -$3000
- Interior Design | Landed House Building | Ms Excel | 3D Studio Max | PS | Auto CAD | Private Landed | Interior design
Responsibilities
- Conceptualizing, designing for every project, based on client’s requirements
- Drafting 3D perspectives for clients to visualize and understand
- Preparing relative technical drawings for clients / authority submissions
- Calculate specifications and tabulate a quotation based on guidelines
- Project management, supervision and coordination.
- Possess good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills
- Liaise with sub-contractors/ architects/ engineers/ clients
Requirements
- Diploma in interior design or degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photo Shop, Auto Cad is a must
- 2 years of working experience in landed house building
- Applicants must be willing to travel around island should the need arises.
- Preferably in Architecture in Private landed & Interior Design
