Health and Wellness Manager

Salary Package

The salary package offered by the firm is $60,000-70,000 per year.

Role of a Health and Wellness Manager

• Develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent illness
• Evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis and other evaluation tools
• Provide education and training on healthy habits and workplace safety
• Develop partnerships with healthcare providers and other organizations to provide resources and support for health and wellness programs
• Manage budgets and resources for health and wellness programs
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies, such as health and safety regulations and privacy laws
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to health and wellness initiatives
• Foster a culture of health and wellness in the workplace or community through leadership and communication.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Experience in Geriatric care is an asset.
• Three(3) years of experience as an RN/RPN in a retirement or long-term care setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
