Salary

The salary package offered by the firm is AED 12,000 – 14,000 per month.

Role of a Head Nurse

The key duties of the Head Nurse are the following.

  • Nurses provide care for children and adolescents with a wide range of ailments, from common childhood diseases to life-threatening illnesses.
  • Managing staff: A head nurse is responsible for managing the nursing staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
  • Coordinating patient care: A head nurse works with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, including developing care plans, monitoring patient progress, and modifying treatments as required.
  • Ensuring quality care: A head nurse ensures that all nursing care is provided according to established protocols, standards, and policies to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Managing resources: A head nurse manages resources, such as supplies and equipment, to ensure that they are available and utilized effectively.
  • Delivering education: A head nurse furnishes education and training to the nursing team to confirm that they are up-to-date on the latest developments and practices in nursing.
  • Ensuring compliance: A head nurse ensures that all nursing staff sticks to legal and regulatory requirements, such as licensing and accreditation criteria.
  • Advocating for patients: A head nurse advocates for patients and their families, ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and virtually.
  • Participating in leadership and management meetings: A head nurse partakes in leadership and management meetings to contribute to organizational objectives, planning, and decision-making.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 3years of working experience is required.
  • Both male and female applicants can apply for this job.
  • Candidates must be a Prof’l License (Passed Board / Bar/ Prof’l License Exam) holder.
  • Preferably with Dataflow and DHA/HAAD Passer.
