CS Executive Group is delighted to be partnering with Agri-Science Queensland to source a General Manager, Crop & Agri-Food Systems (SES2H).

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for the position of General Manager, Crop & Agri-Food Systems within Agri-Science Queensland located in Brisbane. With relocation assistance and a generous salary package of circa $235K plus, this Brisbane-based position is offered as a three-year full-time contract that could be reviewed for extension.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

We’re in search of an experienced leader capable of inspiring and guiding a team of four direct reports and approximately 148 people, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes. They should exhibit outstanding critical analysis skills and leverage their expertise in crop and food science.

Proficiency in effective engagement and communication is crucial, given Agri-Science Queensland’s extensive stakeholder network. Your adept listening will empower teams and stakeholders to align research with industry needs and foster an environment of innovation.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in agricultural science, applied science, environmental science, rural science, or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications are highly desirable but not mandatory.
