This company specialize in the design, installation, service and sales of a wide range of pumps and wastewater systems for customers across residential, commercial and industrial markets. Due to continual growth and investment they are looking to hire a Field Operations Manager to join the team.
In this role you will work alongside the General Manager on effectively deploying service technicians and other field staff to a range of projects. You will manage the full scope of installation, start up, repair across commercial and industrial buildings. Additionally, you will estimate, plan labour, schedule jobs and oversee quality control. You will be the ‘go to’ person to troubleshoot complex service jobs for repairing electrical and mechanical systems.

The Position:
– Effectively deploy service technicians and other field staff to a range of pump engineering projects

The Person:
– Background in operations or service management in the pump industry
– Mechanical or electrical knowledge
– Able to troubleshoot pump systems
– Customer facing skills
