Role of a European Cars Technician
Some of the key duties of a European Cars Technician are the following.
- Conducting frequent maintenance on European-made vehicles such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, and Volkswagen.
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems using technical diagnostic equipment and software.
- Performing inspections and test drives to determine potential concerns and assess the overall condition of the vehicle.
- Providing customers with accurate estimates of repair costs and timeframes for completing repairs.
- Advising customers on preventive maintenance and repairs that may be needed in the future.
- Ordering and sourcing parts, tools, and equipment essential for repairs.
- Keeping up-to-date with refinements in automotive technology and attending training sessions and workshops to support proficiency.
- Ensuring that all work performed meets industry standards and safety regulations.
- Maintaining accurate records of all repairs and services performed on customer vehicles.
- Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors to guarantee customer satisfaction and efficient workflow.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
- Males are preferred for this position.
