We are seeking a motivated and energetic Engineering Business Manager – responsible for promoting growth and technical awareness of our capabilities in the Phoenix Metro and surrounding areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- A background in Civil Engineering or related field (such as hydraulic or geotechnical engineering).
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years experience in commercial construction or design/consulting.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to maintain and grow regional markets.
- Strong oral communication skills to deliver high-level technical presentations to a wide range of audiences such as civil designers, geotechnical engineers, department of transportation, contractors and more. Spanish speaking capabilities are a bonus for this role.
- Willing to travel within the region to attend events, trade-shows, and meetings (overnight travel 25%)
