Salary
The salary package offered by the corporation for a Dialysis Nurse is SAR 4,800 per month.
Role of a Dialysis Nurse
Some of the important tasks of a Dialysis Nurse are the following.
- Assess patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment to ensure their protection and well-being.
- Administer medication and fluids as named by a physician or nurse practitioner.
- Monitor patients’ important signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation, and make essential adjustments to treatment.
- Set up and operate dialysis machines and devices, including observing for any malfunctions or alarms.
- Educate patients and their relatives about dialysis treatment, including diet and fluid rules, medication management, and potential complications.
- Document patient Data, such as medical history, vital signs, and medication administration, in electronic medical records.
- Team with other healthcare experts, such as physicians, dietitians, and social workers, to develop and enforce patient care plans.
- Provide emotional air to patients and their relatives during dialysis cure.
- Monitor and handle infection control practices to control the spread of infectious diseases.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Dialysis Nurse.
- Prof’l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof’l License Exam).
