Job Description
About the role
The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. Located in the Melbourne CBD you will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Screening of contractors and personnel
- Scanning of mail and deliveries
- Observe activities associated with asset protection
- Monitor CCTV footage and radio communication systems
- Conduct foot patrols throughout the premises
Desired Skills and Experience
Skills & Experience
- Certificate II/III in Security Operations
- VIC Security licence with Control Room endorsement
- First Aid and CPR certificate
- Open driver’s license
- Full unrestricted Australian working rights
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
- High level of computer literacy
