Responsibilities Include:
Ensures computer programmers create, modify, and test code and scripts that allow computer applications to run. Validates specifications drawn up by software and web developers for the team. Develops and writes computer programs to store, locate, and retrieve documents, data, and information. Mentors a team of junior, journeymen and senior software developers to write and maintain software for the OM&S program. Ensures the team programs, configures, tests and fixes bugs within OM&S software. Works in collaboration with Leidos management and external customer technical experts. Reports to Leidos OM&S Program Manager program.
Clearance Required:
Active Secret clearance.Required Experience, Skills, and Education: Expertise in one or more programming languages is required. Ability to apply advanced methodologies as applicable to Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) of Mission Partner Environments (MPE).Requires BS degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience (candidate may substitute additional years of experience for BS degree).
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 15 years’ experience.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $101,400.00 – $183,300.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
