Working with a defined caseload, case managers partner with the client to devise a treatment plan to meet their individual goals and objectives toward improving their lives. The heart of social work beats in the chest of every McNabb Case Manager and is the backbone of the organization, living out our mission of “Improving the lives of the people we serve” on a day-to-day basis.
LEADERSHIP/SUPERVISORY POSITIONS
Team Leader and Program Coordinator positions are available for many of our programs. Make sure to identify any supervision or leadership experience you have in your resume to highlight that experience.
