We are looking for a Boomi Integration Developer

Salary:

$140,000 – 155,000/year

This position is fully remote.

The Boomi Integration Developer performs design, development, installation, tuning, and maintenance of middleware applications. Provisions platforms and infrastructure with middleware solutions. The developer analyzes requirements to implement effective middleware architecture, resolve technical issues, and optimize performance. Defines and documents technical designs and system configurations. Additionally, the developer and cross-functional technical teams enable and support all business systems. Additionally works on advanced, complex business issues requiring state of the art solutions.

Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities:

• Work will include all aspects of software development lifecycle concentrated with middleware development
• Support and maintain existing application interfaces using middleware tools
• Design and develop new interfaces for a wide variety of business applications and write functional and technical specs
• Communicate directly with other IT application owners to provide middleware technical support and assistance
• Participate in version upgrades and migrations of the middleware tools
• Introduce new technologies or best practices to enhance the middleware tools infrastructure environment
• Lead/assist in any root cause analysis of integration or software defects
• Follow current Development/Administration standards and suggest additional ones as needed
• Participate in established change control process for the promotion of objects and Infrastructure changes into production
• Implement best practices regarding data staging, data cleansing, and data transformation
• Contribute to development of new processes and the continuous improvement of existing processes, leading to operational excellence
• Provide technical guidance and coordination for MSP’s and offshore developers
• Develop solutions that have been both performance tuned and include applicable exception handling notification
• Create unit testing scripts/plans

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 5+ yeras of Dell Boomi experience
• Lead development experience preferred
• API development, preferably in NET (C#. or VB)

• REST Web API
• SOAP Web Services / Web Development, WSDL
• SFTP
• XML, JSON, XSD, XSLT, ANSI, ITIL
• Experience using ServicePro a plus
• Experience using Oracle Field Services a plus
