The salary package offered by the firm is JPY 117,454 – 163,400 per month.

Role of a Baker

  1. Preparing and mixing ingredients: Bakers are responsible for measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes and ensuring that the ingredients are properly prepared and stored.
  2. Baking and cooking: Bakers must be able to operate commercial ovens and other baking equipment, and must be able to adjust the temperature, humidity, and other factors to ensure that baked goods are cooked properly.
  3. Decorating and finishing: Bakers may be responsible for decorating cakes and other desserts and must have a good eye for detail and design.
  4. Cleaning and maintaining equipment: Bakers are responsible for keeping baking equipment clean and well-maintained, and may be responsible for ordering supplies and ingredients as needed.
  5. Developing new recipes: Bakers may be responsible for developing new recipes and experimenting with different ingredients and techniques.
  6. Managing inventory: Bakers must keep track of inventory levels and ensure that there are adequate supplies of ingredients and baking materials on hand.
  7. Following food safety guidelines: Bakers must follow strict food safety guidelines to ensure that all baked goods are safe for consumption

  • High school graduation.
  • Must have a valid passport.
  • Willing to undergo NIHONGO training.
