About the Role
Manage and coordinate the day to day work of MSS employees at our Aviation site. Liaise with client representatives to ensure optimal levels of service are provided. This role will also be responsible for ensuring that all staff are trained and qualified to work in a security screening environment. Duties include but not limited to;
- Manage and coordinate security service requirements
- Coach, motivate and encourage team members
- Perform screening duties
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
- Complete reports and computer use
Desired Skills and Experience
Skills & experience
- Certificate II in Security Operations
- Certificate II in Transport Security Protection
- Aviation Training Qualification provided for suitable candidates – Certificate II Transport Security Protection
- QLD Security Licence
- ASIC clearance
- 1st and 2nd Covid-19 vaccination
- Successfully pass Drug & Alcohol screening
