Salary Package

Job Duties of an Associate Sales Manager
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets and objectives.
- Managing a team of sales representatives, providing training, coaching, and support to help them meet their goals.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including developing relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Creating and managing sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring performance against targets, and making adjustments as necessary.
- Working closely with other departments within the company, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and customer support.
- Negotiating and closing deals with clients, including pricing, terms and conditions, and delivery schedules.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, acting as a point of contact for their needs and concerns.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporating this knowledge into sales strategies and tactics
