Salary    

The salary package offered by the firm for this position is $122,000/yr – $184,000 per year.

Role of an Area Manager

Some of the important duties of this position are as follows.

• Oversees the overall resident experience, which includes resident life cycle and customer satisfaction and reputation management
• Ensures maintenance operations run smoothly and develop solutions when needed
• Plans, directs, and manages financial resources to ensure that expenses are within budget and cost effective
• Manages personnel throughout their employment lifecycle that includes career planning and development, accountability and performance management, and recognition

Eligibility Criteria

Interested persons should have the knowledge and experience in these

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
• Ability to supervise staff of five or more associates
• Proven ability to manage P&L
• Exceptional customer service experience
• Proven organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver license and automobile insurance
• Ability to read and write English; speak English and understand spoken English
• Ability to utilize a personal smart device for apps related to property operations and communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and property management software preferred
