Roles of Accounts Executive (Credit Control) job

Following are the role and responsibilities.

  • Control the Accounts Receivable ledger, chase late payers, and handle timely payments from clients.
  • Manage and oversee financial assets, including money in and out of accounts, bank clearance, and the creation of monthly bank reconciliations and related journal entries.
  • Invoice clients and compile financial reports
  • Collect payments from clients, report delinquent accounts to the sales team, and maintain communication with delinquent accounts.
  • Weekly Cash Report, Ageing Report, Accounts Receivable Cash Flow Forecast, Sales Commission Report, and Other Debt-Related Documentation
  • Make sure any discrepancies or disputes are addressed.
  • Other responsibilities as needed
