As an Account Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact in all client-related matters. You will be responsible for building and strengthening client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will also be involved in upselling and cross selling the company’s products and service offerings to clients.

Adecco is collaborating with a Renowned Network System Integrator Client for their hiring requirments. Our client specializes in network testing, monitoring, and assurance solutions to communications service providers and the enterprises segment. They are currently looking to hire for an Account Manager to join their team.
Account Manager | Network Monitoring System Integrator | Up to SGD8K/month
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensuring clients receive services aligning to their needs and budget
- Collaborating with the Sales and Management to onboard and integrate new customers while developing existing customer relationships
- Handling inquiries and requests from customers
- Keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis
- Collaborate and meet regularly with internal team members to discuss progress and find new methods to improve business and facilitate clients’ need fulfilment
- Formulate progress reports for clients and internal management
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecasting and key account metrics tracking
- Collecting and analyzing data to learn about client behavior
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the management regularly
- Being a customer advocate with a focus on improving the buying experience
- Monitoring and analyzing customer’s usage of our product and solution
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, Communications, Engineering, or relevant field
- At least 3 years of Account Manager/Sales Account Manager/Customer Service Manager experience in the IT industry
- Possesses strong network and cyber security experience in the enterprise and government sectors
- Bid management experience
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Capability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Capability to manage multiple account management projects at a time
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs and receiving positive customer feedback
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
- Skilled in collecting, tracking, and analyzing large amounts of data
- Motivated
