The salary package offered by the firm is £45,000-£55,000 per year.
Role of an Account Director
The key duties of an Account Director are the following.
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction
- Recognizing new business opportunities and working with the sales team to generate new business
- Providing leadership and mentoring to account managers and other team members
- Supervising the financial performance of accounts, including budgeting and forecasting
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers
- Designing and implementing account plans and strategies to acquire business goals
- Managing and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver client projects and campaigns
- Scheduling and delivering reports and presentations to clients and senior management.
