- This will require the right candidate to have:
- A high level of customer service experience
- Attention to detail
- Reliable – a record of being on time
In this fast-paced environment -You need to be able to:
- Perform all necessary job duties – including vacuuming, mopping, polishing floors, dusting, taking trash out, cleaning bathrooms as well as all other custodial duties at a high level of customer service
- In addition you will be cleaning and decontaminating offices and labs
- Be able to stand, bend and lift to 25 pounds on an 8-hour shift
